We are the creators of our life circumstances. We then must take responsibility for our life circumstances. If we wish to see positive changes in our lives, we must take responsibility by taking action in order to shift our present circumstances to something greater.
The ancient Hawaiian teachings of Ho’oponopono is a simple technique that will assists in clearing away those lower vibrational frequencies (energy) of anger, bitterness, envy, jealousy, hatred and fear. These are old memories that lie within the subconscious, imbedded into our tissues causing looped patterns of behavior which we consistently find ourselves in. These lower vibrations can be replaced with frequencies of joy, peace, compassion and love, which have frequencies that resonate at the highest level supporting a healing of mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing.
Taking Whole’sponsibility by dedicating 60 minutes each day by using the ancient Hawaiian teachings of Ho’oponopono can assist in clearing those lower vibrations allowing for higher desirable frequencies to come into our life. Each session will be working with those transformative statements: “Thank You”, “I Love You”, “Please Forgive Me”, “I’m Sorry”, lasting 30 minutes, focusing on one statement during each session.
We are in control of our own destiny. The time is now to take responsibility, take Whole’sponsibility and take action.
