“In La’kesh” is a Mayan word that embodies “Oneness” and not only our connection to each other but also as a tangible way to understand our connection to all that is Divine.
In La’kesh Studio operates with the understanding that if we as the Human race, TRULY understood our connection to EVERYTHING that exists, to the universe we live in, to air we breathe, to the earth we stand and erect our homes on, to the bees, to trees to the foods that we eat, to the water we pollute and to person standing in front of us in line at the grocery store; we would respect more, appreciate more, praise more, & as a result complain, condemn & criticize less.

Through multiple forms of Meditation & Breath work, Latin & Belly Dance, Yoga, Ancient art forms & energy cultivation such as Tai chi, Qi Gong, & Bagua Zang; we are able to guide people through elevating activities that promote health & wellness while having fun.
And for the cherry on top, we have on-site multi flavored Oxygen Bar. People often underestimate the importance of Oxygen. It’s such a natural part of our existence we have a tendency to take it for granted. We offer canned oxygen as well as the Oxygen Bar so people can experience pure clean oxygen in moments when its hard to catch their breath, such as work outs or just to clear the fog and increase brain & body functionality. Breathing in non-medical, scented oxygen at an oxygen bar delivers 4 to 5 times the amount of oxygen present in normal air, Making for an exceptionally rejuvenating experience.
