We reviewed the concept of Energy as a science, Quantum Physics, and how it is neither created nor destroyed but transferred affecting all aspects of our lives including the physical, mental and emotional aspects.
We reviewed an article from WebMD on the effects of Energy called “Signs of Negative Energy” and how the concept of Energy is starting to be acknowledged by mainstream media. We briefly  talked about the BioEnergetic Wellness system and how It helps us to identify how our body interacts with various Energy patterns and how it helps to identify energy patterns in our environment as well as what is within ourselves that affect us and how we can use this system optimize the energies affecting our health and well being. 
The Discussion of how Energy should be considered  when experiencing unexplained symptoms not identified when visiting your primary care practitioner. These concerns are sometimes dismissed and written off with a prescription or a diagnosis of anxiety, however when probing deeper, you could potentially find the root cause.  The discussion of what Quantum Light Property Clearing is and it being a viable solution in clearing and balancing energy.
